Facilities
The Methodist Church and its rooms are in use most days of the week and are home to various groups and is located in Church Street, Messingham, North Lincolnshire.
The Chapel and Main Hall are both fitted with an induction loop system, wheelchair access is available to the building which includes a fully wheelchair accessible toilet. The Main Hall also holds an Entertainment Licence for performance of live and recorded music, dance, theatre etc. Adjoining the hall is a well equiped kitchen with a large electric range/oven, automatic water boiler, 3 sinks (1 for hand washing) and refrigerator.
Chapel -
Sundays - Services at 10.30am and 6.00pm (4.00pm winter), coffee/tea is served after some morning services, see notices.
Junior Church held during morning sevice.
Occasional services may be held on other days from time to time.
Main hall -
Sunbeams Pre-School Playgroup 9.30am, Monday to Friday during school term.
Yoga, 2.00pm, every Monday.
730 Group, 7.30pm, third Monday of the month.

Additionally, members of the church hold a fortnightly prayer group at either Briggate Drive or Park Street, all are welcome to join or submit prayer requests, by email on this site, by contacting any church member or by dropping off prayer request at the church, a 'prayer tree' for this purpose is located inside the side entrance to the building.
Also on alternate weeks from the prayer group a fortnightly Bible Discussion meeting is held at Briggate Drive.
Our church choir the 'Singers of Praise', a small but enthusiastic group led by Mr. Paul Empson and his wife Margaret, perform traditional hymns, gospel songs and modern faith songs at both our church and other venues throughout the area. Any organisation interested in booking the choir should contact Paul by email on this site, directly at the church or at his shop, 'Paul's Music', in Scunthorpe.
